Maine 2021 is a far different market than I had prior experienced- their advice on how to sell in Freeport- at this market time- under current market conditions was spot-on.  The property had approximately 30 visitations, we had 7 different offers, they helped analyze each offer and we were able to work out a few issues (they personally moved and found a home for several pieces of furniture) we were able to settle on the top offer.  The property has closed and settled with us being domiciled in North Carolina.
